Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how users may access and use Digibility's website, platform, AI-assisted workflows, visibility workflows, content planning tools, approval workflows, publishing workflows, reports, integrations, forms, checklists, score tools, pilots, assisted services, managed services, and related offerings.

This policy forms part of Digibility's Terms & Conditions. If a user violates this policy, Digibility may restrict, suspend, terminate, remove, block, or refuse access to services, content, accounts, integrations, reports, publishing workflows, or platform features.

This policy should be read together with Digibility's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Subprocessors page, and any applicable order form, invoice, agreement, or service-specific terms.

Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all visitors, users, account owners, administrators, team members, contractors, agencies, freelancers, brand managers, clients, customers, partners, and any person or entity accessing or using Digibility. It applies to website use, account use, form submissions, uploaded assets, AI prompts, and all content workflows.

Permitted Use

Users may use Digibility only for lawful, authorized, responsible, and legitimate business purposes, including assessing founder visibility, planning workflows, capturing inputs, and generating AI-assisted content drafts for responsible brand management.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their use of Digibility and for all content, data, instructions, prompts, approvals, assets, platform connections, and publishing decisions. This includes ensuring accuracy of business info, reviewing AI outputs, and obtaining required rights and permissions.

Content Responsibility Disclaimer

Digibility may assist with content ideas, captions, drafts, and plans, but all final content remains the responsibility of the user. Before using or publishing any content, users must review and verify it for accuracy, legality, brand suitability, and professional compliance.

  • Users must verify facts, claims, offers, pricing, legal/medical/financial claims, and intellectual property rights.
  • Publishing or approving content means the user confirms they have reviewed and accepted responsibility for it.
  • Digibility does not provide professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

Prohibited Content

Users must not create, upload, or publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content. This includes fake reviews, hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually explicit content, and content infringing intellectual property rights.

Prohibited Platform Misuse

Users must not misuse the platform via scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, credential sharing, or bypassing security limits. Any interference with platform integrity or security is strictly prohibited.

AI-Assisted Content Restrictions

AI features must be used responsibly. Users must not generate professional advice without review, fabricate case studies, impersonate others without authorization, or produce content that violates laws. All AI outputs must be reviewed and approved before use.

Regulated and Professional Content

Users in regulated fields (law, medicine, finance) must obtain independent professional review. Digibility does not provide legal, medical, or financial judgment. Users remain responsible for industry-specific compliance.

Third-Party Platform Rules

Users must comply with the terms and policies of all connected third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc.). Digibility is not responsible for platform decisions, rejected posts, or algorithm changes.

Social Media Publishing and Engagement Rules

Users must not use Digibility to create fake engagement, buy followers, misrepresent sponsorships, or hide material disclosures. All publishing must comply with community guidelines and advertising laws.

Data, Privacy, and Consent Requirements

Users must have all necessary rights and consents before processing customer data, images, or testimonials through Digibility. Complying with privacy and data protection laws is the user's responsibility.

Intellectual Property and Permissions

Users must have valid permissions for all logos, trademarks, copyrighted images, and fonts used. You are responsible for ensuring that all published material is authorized for use.

Misleading Claims and Business Outcome Claims

Exaggerated or unsupported claims regarding guaranteed results, income, or medical outcomes are prohibited. All scarcity and urgency tactics must be truthful and verifiable.

Reviews, Testimonials, and Customer Stories

Testimonials must be authentic and have required permissions. Avoid misleading editing or unauthorized customer details. Digibility does not independently verify the authenticity of these materials.

Political, Sensitive, and High-Risk Content

Digibility may restrict or refuse content related to political campaigning, socially sensitive topics, or financial promises that exceed our risk standards.

Security, Abuse, and System Integrity

Attempts to harm, disrupt, or probe Digibility's systems are prohibited. This includes unauthorized access, malware uploads, and system overloading. We monitor logs to prevent misuse.

Enforcement Rights

We may suspend accounts, block publishing, or terminate access for violations. No refunds are provided for policy-related terminations made in good faith.
