Digibility provides a visibility management platform that may involve onboarding, Founder Visibility Score, Founder Visibility Pilot, business analysis, founder input capture, visibility planning, AI-assisted content drafting, approval workflows, publishing workflows, analytics views, action signal tracking, reporting, website forms, lead magnets, support, assisted services, managed workflows, and related services.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with Digibility's Terms & Conditions, Data Processing Addendum, Subprocessors page, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any applicable order form, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through Digibility's website, platform, forms, subscriptions, software, dashboards, AI-assisted workflows, integrations, support channels, lead magnets, reports, public pages, and related services.
This policy applies to website visitors, prospects, lead magnet users, Founder Visibility Score users, demo request users, customers, account owners, team members, business users, brand managers, and public report viewers.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, AI providers, or external services that are not controlled by Digibility. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms.

Users may provide name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number, business name, job title, website URL, social media profile links, industry, goals, and support requests when interacting with our platform or forms.
Business, Brand, and Campaign Information
Digibility may collect and process business descriptions, products and services, target audience, City/location, founder story, brand voice, campaign details, pricing, event details, and competitor references. Users are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and authorized.
Uploaded Assets and User Content
Users may upload images, product photos, videos, logos, testimonials, and documents. Users must ensure they have the required rights to use such content. Digibility is not a permanent storage platform; assets may be subject to limits and retention policies.
Social Media and Third-Party Platform Data
If users connect social accounts (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), Digibility may collect profile handles, post data, engagement data, and review metadata made available through platform APIs. Third-party platforms process data under their own privacy policies.
AI Inputs, AI Outputs, and AI-Assisted Processing
AI inputs (prompts, brand tone) are used to generate AI outputs (captions, calendars, scripts). AI outputs may contain errors; users must review them before publication. Users should not submit sensitive or restricted data into AI workflows.
Action Signals, Analytics, and Reports
We track clicks (WhatsApp, Website, Bio link) as "Action Signals". These are intent indicators and not confirmed leads or sales unless verified by the user. We also process content performance and visibility score movement.
Website, Cookies, and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to track website usage, UTM parameters, device type, and referral sources to improve our forms, product, and conversion metrics.
